Cancellations & Rescheduling

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your session, your deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future session. You may reschedule your session one time for personal reasons, but after that, a new session fee must be paid to reserve a date. Rescheduling due to weather or illness is up to the discretion and judgment of the photographer.

Unedited & RAW Images

Only edited and high-resolution JPG images are delivered digitally. RAW files and unedited files are kept by the photographer as digital negatives. Under no circumstances will RAW or unedited images be sold. By hiring Little Bear Photography, you are agreeing to let the photographer select the best images to edit according to her artistic vision. A gentle reminder, it is of no benefit to me to hold onto beautiful photographs without showing them to you.

Modifying & Editing images

All copyright for photographs taken is held by Little Bear Photography/Kathryn McCallum Osgood. Please do not filter, edit, crop, or otherwise modify your photographs. I ask that you email or call me with any concerns or questions regarding your photographs.

Photo Delivery

After your session is complete, subject to client consent, a Facebook and Instagram “sneak peek” will be posted online within one week. Families are encouraged to share or tag themselves, but please do not crop out our watermark or otherwise edit and modify your image. Final photo galleries will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the final payment received, depending on the time of year. Please plan accordingly for your holiday cards and other time-sensitive deadlines! I am unable to rush or prioritize sessions, in fairness to my other families.

Client Satisfaction

Kathryn strives to not only create the best experience for families but top-notch photographs and products. Due to the custom nature of photography, there are no refunds for galleries that have been delivered. Re-shoots are done at the sole discretion and judgment of the photographer. In case of technical malfunctions (lost or broken memory card, camera or lens malfunction, etc.), clients will be offered either a refund or reshoot.
